Superb customer service

I send them an email asking about where I could get their sauces as many shops around us run out of stock fast. Honestly I didn't expect a response but an hour later a lady phoned me with advice on where I could go, and also suggesting that if any of my local stores were short of stock I should report them so that Nando's could make sure they were better stocked. The lady was 100% clued up on the logistics which is more than I can say for most telephone agents, very professional, polite and helpful. Five stars.
