Sunward Manager at Sunward is tops!
I called through an order at Nando's Sunward Park for collection. After about 20 minutes my husband went to collect our order.Upon his arrival home, I noticed that the order was incomplete and called back to complain. The lady taking the orders was not very helpful and asked me to returned to the store to collect the missing items - I refused. She said the manager would contact me. Lucy, the manager did indeed contact me a short while later and offered to fix the problem, within 5 minutes the missing items were delivered to our door -even when they dio not have a delivery system with this branch, Thank you Lucy and the young employee (which I gathered delivered the missing items on his personal motorcycle) for assisting us in this matter. We really appreciate you going the extra mile in fixing your mistake and ensuring customer satisfaction.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
