Substandard customer interaction frm store manage

I am disgusted with the attitude of store manager Feroza from Nandos la lucia. I placed a collect order and when I arrived to fetch my order waited in the usual collect queue. Being a frequent customer I am well aware of the collection procedures. While waiting I was very rudely told to join the regular queue, without a proper explanation. I continued waiting as the cashier told me she would assist me. Feroza returned shouted at the cashier for telling me to wait where I was, at this point I was assited by another manager, while Feroza hovered over and continued to sneer at me in front of many other customers. In all my years of frequenting this outlet I have not been met with such discontent. It has really left me feeling short changed. The gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly. It was much apprecited, however the antics of Feroza has ruined the good reputation the store has. We will not be frequenting Nandos La Lucia, when the likes of people like Feroza are employed there. Customer service is paramount to their job description and if she can't execute such a function she will continue to drive customers away.<br>
