Stellar Service at Nandos!

<p>I picked my daughter up from school and went for our usual Nandos date at Nandos Athlone. I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism and stellar service on display, far better than previous experiences.<br /><br />From start to finish, I was served by Yumah (the manager, I learnt afterward) at the counter (involved on ground level, the manager!) who showed attentiveness by asking if I wanted dessert delivered then or after our main meal, during the meal when the manager checked up on us along with our waitress, who also dropped extra serviettes at the exact moment I was concerned we had too few of them. <br /><br />Small things like this that should be standard but is not (generally speaking), along with the extra mile this Nandos staff went to ensure my daughter and I were comfortable and content, shows the dedication and commitment the staff has, and that is directly due to the management layer. I haven't seen Yumnah manage the branch before in previous visits and believe the excellent running of the branch today was directly due to her. I am a manager in a support team which only highlighted my experience today, being a customer instead of assisting/serving one. I had to pull Yumnah aside and commend her! Keep up the good work Nandos Athlone, you guys were amazing today!</p>
