standard of service should match your prices!!!!
we have order a meal for 6 from Nando's La Lucia branch. We did not receive even on sachet of sauce or even salt, also we did not get 1 batch of chips. We requested for extra basting sauce but the chicken was dry. I did call in to complain the did send the chips and ONLY 1 Nandos sauce, How does one share 1 sachet of sauce with 6 people?? unfortunately this is a becoming a norm with your service delivery. Can we get what we request for especially for the prices we are paying for "good" food???
