Stale wedges NANDO'S HATFIELD

I'm completely disappointed in Nandos . My past two orders that were done telephonically for collection had stale and burnt wedges,the wedges below had no peri salt. I have photographic evidence.

I even specifically spoke to agent telephonically for fresh wedges and *****gwa the cashier for fresh wedges and the cashier refused my request for freshly prepared wedges and even gave me attitude. It's disheartening to pay so much for food that is not edible and have to throw sharing side of wedges
