Stale food/ Pathetic Service

My 3rd review and still no haven’t heard anything from Nandos. I logged a complaint on this platform on the 24/03/2020 Nandos replies privately and I cannot via their response Facebook page don’t exist. Your service is pathetic I wish to complain about my food I bought at Nandos Sunningdale Parklands, Capetown. I ordered quarter chicken and peri wedges and I got served dry, half spiced wedges and they were stale . I tried calling the restaurant the same evening to no avail. I called your call centre and spoke to Nandi who couldn’t assist me in reporting my complaint . I’m really disappointed to be served stale food, sad part is I was driving pass the area and decided to pass by the Nandos in Sunningdale only to be left disappointed not only by the food served but their service is appalling. This was reported on the 17th of March 2021 via Facebook and still not contacted by the store. Pictures were sent via Facebook page
