Stale Food

On Saturday 15 Sep 2018 in the afternoon around 14:15 my parents and I went to Platinum Square Nandos for lunch. My dad and I orders the burger with chips and my mom ordered the quarter chicken with pap. We waited for our order for 45 minutes seated there at the table with no one assuring us that our order would come. When we finally got our order the roll of the burger was hard and stale, I told the waitress I won’t eat that I want the manager. The manager came and offered me another burger meal when it came the roll was still stale and the chips were reduced. I have never come across such bad service
