Stale and tasteless meat

I bought 1/4 chicken and chips and churros on the side this afternoon at Nandos Cresta through uber eats. The chicken is super dry and tasteless. I tried calling the restaurant to notify them but their phone is not going through, it goes straight to customer care. I explained my situation and they told me that they are escalating it. I tried calling the store over and over again with no luck. Unfortunately I wont be able to drive there that's why I ordered on uber eats
