Staff short and training

We kindly request the addition of more personnel on the premises of Nando's, Oxford road, East London. During our dine in today, we observed several errors, which we attempted to overlook. We respectfully informed a staff member, who was identified as a trainee, that the quality of service was lacking. In response, she became defensive, explaining that there were only two employees present on the floor, and exhibited an attitude that was both inappropriate and intimidating.

Subsequently, she relayed the incident to a permanent staff member, who appeared to support her actions.

It is imperative that additional staff be allocated to this branch, as the trainee in question appears to struggle with handling frustration and responding to constructive criticism. Such behavior is atypical for Nando's establishments. We kindly urge you to provide assistance to this branch.
