Staff are useless, company policy is ridiculous!

Yesterday, I decided to get Nando's at the Jean Crossing branch in Centurion. That branch has got to have the most rude, *********** staff I have ever seen. I placed my order with the manager - Lloyd, and I asked him very politely if he could PLEASE add lots of extra sauce to the chicken I had ordered, and I specified that I would like my order as a take away. I paid and he said it would take 6-8 minutes. We went to sit down while waiting for the order, 15 minutes later I decided to check up on the order, which was sitting in their warmer, in plates. The lady asked me what my order number was and I told her it was 950, so she asked if it was eat in and I said no, take out, she then said "Oh, wouldn't you like to eat in instead?", I responded that I unfortunately could not because I was running late and had to get back to work. Seeing the amount of sauce on the plate, I asked if she could please give me extra because that was not enough, she refused and proceeded to pack the chicken with filthy tongs, she then took a sponn and scooped the little sauce from the tangy tomato chicken plate into the packet, then tried to use that exact s**** for the hot sauce, which I quickly corrected. Once she was done packing the chicken, I again asked her to please give me some extra sauce because that was not enough, she refused again. All the while, she was more interested in chatting to her co worker even though I had specified that I was in a hurry. At this point I was completely fed up, I then asked to be refunded, so she called the 'Manager', who really needs some sort of training as to how to be a manager, he barely has the s****s to be a cashier, he asked me what was wrog and I said 'I asked multiple times for extra sauce and everyone refuses so I want a refund", he did not apologise, did not try to make the situation right, absolutely nothing, he simply turned around and proceeded to refund me, which took another 10 minutes. The conclusion was that I spent almost 40 minutes at Nando's, was treated in a disgusting manner and walked out with nothing but disgust and disappointment. On a side note, the extra sauce issue is really becoming a big problem for me, you do have customers who prefer eating saucier food than others, so the 'maximum amount' you allow simply is NOT enough! There should be an option to PAY for extra sauce, seeing as the cost of the sauce appears to be the issue, should I continue to face this problem, you will be losing me as a customer who buys at least 3 times a week from Nando's! An option to pay for sauce is a necessity now!!!
