spoilt food served

<p>,28 may 2017 , my wife and I visited nandos at acropolis mall in the Phoenix plaza for lunch .To our dismay ,the order that we had made ,spicy rice n chicken strips , was terribly served! It was spoilt with an offensive , disgusting smell! I complained to the manger who did acknowledge the complain and responded that she is unsure how this happend but will check with the chef and prepare us another meal .as she began to prepare the meal I saw her now placing another plate rice in the microwave and warming it , I then asked for a refund as this is totally unexceptable! Freshly prepared rice would still be piping hot and came straight out off a pot ,not be put into a microwave especially since it was a special for the day ! I was then refunded +- R50 for the meal ! I had to make a fuss and demand a full refund since we didn't finish our meals due to loss off appetite after the incident.My wife is a ***** of nandos meals and for her to have had tasted spoilt rice on her 1st bite is totally inexcusable and definitely unacceptable service from nandos staff !!!</p>
