"Sour"experience

I was most appaulled this evening when u walked into nandos N1city after a long day's work. Nandos n1 city which we enjoy normally. However when we ordered tonight I told the most pleasant cashier that in the week we ordered 2 quarters a day a rolls with 2 butters paying fir the Xtra butter as usual when I got home open butter it look like yellow fat first I thought it was melted and refrigerated so I app**** it to my roll when I open the second butter there was a bit so yellowish and like a white milky water so I left it and stared eating my chicken with my roll and the roll tasted sour because of butter which spoilt my entire meal. Tonight's the cashier Rynn kept apologizing and called the manager I related the the incident to the Manger Indrah who replies to me saying the butter was may with the warm food hence it melted the more I'm tellingbher the butter was giving separately and it was solid but sour and had started separating she undermines me making it look that I don't know what butter should look like. The I told her it was the butters were off and bread tasted sour and spoilt supper and had a runny tummy that evening she had this attitude and when she had enough her whole body language came across as unhostile and curt and said here handing me there customer and said you can phone them.In other words she refused deal with me. Yes once again the cashier apologized on her behalf. AG BADROODIEN ***
