Sour Manager at Nando’s Malibongwe Drive-Thru

Gogo - the evening Manager at the Nandos, along Malibongwe drive-thru lacks empathy and attended to our customer complaint with a sour attitude.

After confirming our order through drive-thru, we were asked to enter the store to top-up and collect the correct food order.

Once inside the store, no “hello” or “how can I help?” or even an apology was offered for their mistake nor was the order fulfilled in good spirit. She even handed the order over to Xolisa (a new but sweet lady) to fulfill the request. Not ayoba Nandos.
