Sold me burned chicken

I placed an order full chucking as I was standing at the counter I saw a burned chicken on the griller I asked the lady who was helping me at the till point not to serve me that burned chicken.

Teller name: Nondumsi Time: 15:43 Date : 22 January 2021 Branch : The Glen Mall Order number 105 When she brought my order to me she assured me that the chicken inside is not burned. When I got home I found that the chicken was burned me and my family we couldn't eat that chicken.
