This is in particular for Nando's Plattekloof Western Cape. ! star is in fact about 5 stars too many. As a long time Nondos supporter ( Since they started in Rossettenville) The Plattekloof branch has undone all the goodwill. Apalling service. They never get an order right. I never see a manager on duty. Every time we order in store ( once a week), we have to check the order before leaving, and they get it wrong every time. Last time was the best. There was not another client waiting or sitting down and agin they got the order wrong. I met the regional manager about 6 months ago and complained and still nothing has changed. Please get it right or I am no longer a supporter, Sadly the bellville branch closer to me is even worse since the management changed. Pedro you going downhill super fast.
