So I placed an oder after work, which was one quarter leg ,breast ,spicy rice, and hot pot .the call center agent even confirmed the oder as it was for 2 ,to my my surprise, the delivery guy brought the breast and hot pot only when I called back to tell them about the error they made they told me they won't be able to deliver as the delivery time has already passed 😒 ,I must say their customer service is very poor having to inconvenience their client I was very disappointed as that was supposed to be my supper. With that being said, this is the second time I'm experiencing such from them ,the previous incident i had quest coming over so I oder a full pack meal with a couple of sides that was nando's Links field I waited for over 2 hours for my oder which I ended up having to collect it myself self Their customer service is very poor. 💔💔💔
