So appalled at the managerial service from Nandos!

Recently my Partner, Mum and I visited the Nandos at Menlyn to have supper. We were greeted by the manager who was not friendly to begin with and took our order, then told us to sit down. When our order arrived it was all wrong.. We called the manager over to our table who saw our upset and asked, \what's wrong now?"As if we had complained before??! We told her that she got the order wrong and she told us that the plates were just mixed up and asked us to swap chicken from one plate to another to accommodate ourselves. I then told her that the drinks were open and to our surprise the ice tea we received was incorrect. We ordered peach iced tea instead of lemon. All I requested was that my Mum's drink be exchanged and that I would accept mine as is. She refused and said that the drink was opened. I then argued that when an order is placed the customer expects to get what was ordered and that should have been the case. She (Keit) then became aggressive in her manner of speaking and so did I. At the end of the argument we requested our money back and left the restaurant. I am so appalled at the service and disgusted that a manager was completely unaccommodating!!!"""
