On Wednesday 15 October I went to the Nando's Nelpark drive thru at 14h44. I tried to pay with my debit card but the lady who took my order told me that my card declined, so because I was exhausted I didn't want to argue, so I used cash instead. When I got home I realized that the amount of the order, R138 had been debited then credited to my account. Why??? I don't know if 9356 Brenisha is of any significance, but it appears on the slip. When I drove to the other side to collect I saw the car before me being directed to reverse by the person at the collection counter. After a while they were directed to drive closer to the window again. They got their order and left. When my turn came the same thing was done to me.I had to reverse and "wait away from the window. When I was told to drive back to the window for the second time, I asked why we all had to reverse. The reason given to me was: we are still making chicken, and "there's a sensor close to the collection window which checks the length of time customers wait for their orders, so we don't want them to know how long you guts waited because our rating will be down". Really? So it's best that the customer gets shunted around to "hide the reality" of the situation? Lastly, I had to complete the cooking process at home as the chicken had pink spots and there was hardly any sauce on the quarter leg without the skin. I am so disappointed....
