Small Piece of Meat

I complained about service I received from Welkom Outlet and one of the Managers from that Branch contacted me pretending to resolve my Complaint till today I am still waiting for him as he promised that he is going to investigate and He will come back to me.

Here is my story

I ordered a Meal of Quarter Chicken and they gave me Quarter Leg I then asked waiter to change it to Breast, at first it was funny - she said "Just say you want bigger piece " I thought she is just joking. She came back with a small piece of Breast (it was very small) I then complained to her that that piece is too small now and I want a refund, she then said she will get another piece for me, after few minutes she came back and they told me that Outlet Manager said they only have small pieces if I am not happy with that piece they can give me a refund.

Honestly speaking I always spend my fridays at this outlet, it was my first time to get that kind of service and I will go back once again as that store is refreshing.

I am not happy at all, main issue started when i asked them to change Leg to Breast

I am not happy at all about getting that Small Piece of meat!!!!!
