Small, dry chicken and no customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into Nando's on Friday and bought 3 of their R49 meals. Specific flavours were asked for and requested EXTRA SAUCE on all of them.

waited approx 15 mins...when the lady was packing the order, I asked for peri-peri sauce. Got home to:-

1) the smallest leg quarter i've seen in my life 2) the DRIEST piece of chicken I've EVER had a Nando's 3) 1 sachet of peri-peri sauce 4) the meal that was ordered with "HOT" was Mild

Very disappointed, I called the Sunward Park store, but somehow ended up at another number and then went through to Customer Service. Spoke to Bonelo - name that was given to me.

Explained my frustration and everything going on. Said that the store manager would call me back. I received a call from Sunnyside branch and that Manager told ME to call the line again???????????????? I then said no, I didn't make the mistake, she said that she will get Customer Service to contact me........ I am yet to receive a call from Sunward Park or Customer Serrvice?????????????????

Yesterday, I logged a call on their website and still nothing??????????????
