Slow/poor service and stinking attitude

On 27th Jan 2024 I and my family decided to make a stop at Nando's Waterfall mall in Rustenburg for a quick bite while on route to Joburg, we ordered 2x3side sharing meal at 18:35 and we 1st sat in a table which still had leftovers from the previous people that were seated there, we asked one of the waitresses that were doing the rounds but fell on deaf ears, we further asked the manager at the time to have this sorted but that too didn't help in anyway... At 19:15 we requested for a refund since we were not being attended to but that too was not entertained, most people in the shop started to complain also as some were now waiting for an hour plus... The lady that we earlier asked to clear our table was having the time of her life going up and down the shop doing anything but helping us from the request we made.

I do not wish to ever go to that Nandos anymore and would advise people not to even try going there, unless they have an hour plus to kill.
