slow service at nandos sunninghill
1. I called in to place an order in Nandos sunninghill<br> 2. they said it would take 10 min<br> 3. When I got there, the place was so busy that the staff couldn't manage<br> 4. staff was shouting at each other<br> 5. food although prepared was just lying on the prepared section<br> 6. The person giving out food couldn't manage and seemed quite overwhelmed as the food was piling on (I have pictures of this)<br> 7. eventually she resorted to a strategy of asking people for slips and packing the food as requested<br> 8. I received my food 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering <br> 9. As you can imagine the food was not only cold, but also I asked hot (and I got extra hot so I couldn't even eat it) and there was no mayo which I specifically asked for<br> 10. This is not the first time I experienced this from this Nandos sunninghill and I will not be visiting that Nandos anytime soon<br> 11. The staff taking order was very good
