Slow service and bad attitude
Before I made an order at the till I asked how long it would take for me to receive my order which was a quarter chicken, chips and a roll. The guy said it would take 20 minutes of which I said it was fine considering of how packed the place get during lunch. I had to wait a 55 minutes to get my order which is totally unacceptable.
