Sloppy servoce

I placed an order online for delivery. My order was 1/4 chicken, peri tato salad. Nando's Parktown called and advised that they don't have wedges, I then requested to change the order to peri rice and coleslaw salad. When the order arrived, there were 2 coleslaw salads and a garlic roll, No rice. why was I called and the order messed up again????
