Sleeping staff & lack of customer service

Firstly I bought a PullEd chicken wrap and ended up having a wrap with coleslaw on tasting like Mayo after I ordered Mild flavor with almost no chicken on, BTW they were taking long with the order after my other things was done already, if I wanted something to taste like mayo I would have gone to KFC

I asked at the till that I would like extra sauce on my quarter chicken, I then checked my order and I asked for more sauce, then lady behind counter tells me that we did give you extra sauce, I told her that I always get extra sauce at other nandos sauce. I then proceeded to ask the lady just standing by the kitchen and yawning doing absolutely nothing to pass me a bag, she then told me I must ask the other lady because it’s not her station.

When I got back to work more of my colleague also had so much complaints about that nando’s a but nobody ever complaint

I’m disgusted and appalled by the lack of customer service, I will never buy from that Nandos again, Then need training and they all needs to wake up

I’m so disappointed really
