Sisanda - one of a kind!

Yesterday, I visited the Nando's in Plattekloof shopping centre. It was just around 09h00 and I needed to place an order for one of my full-day meetings in the office. I was taking a chance because the last time I was in the exact same store for the same reason/s, I was turned away by a lady who insisted they only open at 10h00 and are not allowed to operate a second earlier. I came fully prepared with the details of the order and would not have wasted much of her time, and I literally begged to just leave my order with her and she can process the order when their trading time commences. She refused and was quick to shut the door on me. But, not yesterday. Whilst I was standing outside, I was approached by Sisanda who opened the door for me and offered to help. I explained my predicament and she was more than happy to assist. As usual, I came prepared but Sisanda provided me with the platter menu and together we finalised the order. She took my details and promised my order would be ready by 12h00 latest for collection. I had forgotten to indicate the flavours to her and she called me as my meeting started and once again, reassured me my order would be ready on time. Our driver went and collected with no problems, the order was correct. Sisanda is a true gem! It was such a pleasure to deal with her. Sisanda - thank you for your willingness to assist and your enthusiasm whilst doing so! Your customer service is world class! Keep it up!
