Sincerely Disappointed!!! We feel Cheated!!!

Extremely Disappointed in the poor service, lady speeded through our order brushing us off in a hurry, no greeting, no eye contact, very unprofessional. When we received our take away and reached home our, fries litterally looked as if they ran out of fries. Fries packet didn't even fill halfway. Our hotpots were not even filled till the top as I'm use to the quality standard of Nandos. We are very regular customers, weekly basis sometimes twice a week, and always spent over R350. I'm so disappointed. Definitely won't be one of my favourite stops anymore.
