Simple Wi-fi password
So I go into the store, and since every restaurant nowadays seems to have free wi-fi for it's customers, I go ahead and ask for it. The teller tells me she doesn't know it, so I ask her nicely to let me know who can assist me with it. With a bad attitude, they tell me no one does and even if they did, they wouldn't give it to me. So I'm alarmed at this bad attitude towards customers, so I ask for the manager. The manager tells me there is wifi, but they will not give me the password, and wouldn't explain the reason. If the wifi is not for customers, they could have nicely told me that they don't give the password for their wifi out to customers. This is the Nandos near Hoffman Square.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
