Simple order not followed
I ordered a half chicken, cut up in 4 pieces, hot, with extra sauce and well done including rice and strips.<br> <br> When Iarrived home, the chicken was only cut in two pieces, absolutely no extra sauce, in fact there was almost no sauce on that chicken and the strips and rice was also just as dry....<br> <br> If I wanted dry food, I would've ordered dry food... <br> <br> To top it off, when I called to complain, the lady who initially took the order answered and I explained that my order has not been adhered to, instead of immediately apologising she became defensive and passes the buck to people who prepare the food and only thereafter she offered an apology.<br> <br> This is very unsatisfactory service....
