Short staffed during xmas & speedpoint offline
My family and I visited your store on the 23 December 2015 at 20:50. There was a shortage of cashiers. The speedpoint machine was off line so we had to draw cash which we never have. There was no board sign outside or inside your store advising clients of this. The cashier was rude when we enquired about why the other till points were closed. Order number 449, cashier - Caroline (110), chk - 7449, table - 47/1. <br> <br> My husbands meal - 1/4 chicken - the chicken still had blood in the middle of it. Is this acceptable?<br> <br> We then asked the the waitress for wet wipes for my 3 year old son, there was no stock. No STOCK of wet wipes at Nandos during festive period. Was inventory checks done prior to start of festive season. Is Harrismith not called \half-way"to travellers between Gauteng and Durban? <br> <br> We then called the manager who advised us that due to the night shifts they were short staffed? <br> <br> How many customers did you lose on that night due to shortage of staff and the speedpoint device being off line?<br> <br> Quite good for your reputation and brand given the time of year"
