Shocking Servive

Myself and my wife went ot Nandos Klipfontein in Witbank testerday 11/09/2019. The store doors were open so we went to the counter to place an order. There were some type of a meeting taking place so we stood and waited. We were handed a menu and still waited and waited and waited. The Manager was conducting this meeting and did not even attempt to let us know that they were busy and take our order at a later stage. This is really unacceptable. We then left Nando's and went to another establishment were we received prompt service. In this day and age no business can refuse service.
