SHOCKING SERVICE NANDOS MILNERTON - WILL NEVER GO BACK

unacceptable service month end and at lunchtime so we all in a rush and hungry Short staffed. Sat knocking at window for at least 5 minutes and no-one came. I drove around to collection window and the girl said Oh I never heard you knocking. No apology. She wanted me to drive around the blcok again to order at the window and I said no that I didn't have time as I had 30 minutes lunch.

I ordered as was told to sit in my car. Over 35 minutes later no order recieved. I went back up to window and she told me everything was ready except the chick strips (all 4 of them) were in the oven and it would take another 5 minutes. It took longer than that. I then called for a manager which took another 5 minutes (still no food) and complained understandably. I said to het that I feel the meal should not be charged for but she said if I do not pay she will not give me the food. I tolD her it will be cold and she said no. I got back to the office and it was cold. I spent over R200.
