Shocking service!

I ordered 4 qtr chick legs hot with extra sauce, and 1 qtr chicken mild with extra sauce and a side of peri chips,on the Nandos app from Meadowdale Nandos. I did not receive the mild qtr chicken and the 4 x hot qtr chicken were bone dry no sauce. I then call the number on the app and get put through to someone who doesn’t answer, I then call same number back and am told to call the store mgr, I do so and get put through to customer service who DONT ANSWER the call!!!! Why has their stuff up become my problem to sort out????
