Shocking service, BAD attitudes of staff
We went to Nandos on Sunday, 22nd November 2015.My husband ordered a quarter chicken and wedges, which were both very cold. I ordered a starter giblets and my friend ordered a full portion of giblets. Both were fridge-cold. When we asked them to warm it up, the staff were impolite. My food came back warmed, but not hot. I ate it. My friend's giblets came back a second time and they were still cold. He sent it back and told them that he wanted his money back. This caused a big upset.<br> A male staff member came to us, and refused to believe that the food was cold. He said the chicken comes off the grill. I told him that, yes, it should have, but obviously hadn't. He also said that of course the giblets were kept in the fridge. So I again agreed with him and told him that it should still have been heated through. He was very aggressive in his manner. . At no stage did he apologise and was speaking to me as if I had no reason to complain. In the middle of our discussion, a female staff member came and started talking to him and he just walked away and left us sitting there. No apologies - nada! We received the money back for the full portion of giblets. Nandos you clucked up big time
