Shocking SERVICE!!
<p>The service received from Nandos Parktown was absolutely atrocious! The order took 1 and a half hours to arrive at my office, which is 5 minutes away from Nandos. What arrived was not what we ordered at all, all the meals arrrived without the extra sauce requested - the strips and rice were completely dry. There were no sachets of sauce included in the bag either. What was even more shocking was the portion size, the 1/4 chicken breast portion consisted of nothing more than the wing. Whe i called to report this to the store, my call was met with indifference and I was told to call the manager. Is it not the store's responsibility to escalate matters for resolution to their management? </p>
