Shocking Service
I called in to place an order,the call was answered by a lady whose name they didn't want to give..after telling them where it should be delivered to I was asked all sorts of silly unnecessary questions...when asked to speak to the manager prechared spoke saying she is the manager completely overlooking the 1st person I spoke to before cutting the call...I phoned again to get the names of those I've spoke to but after prechared spelt her name, n just before she spelt 'miche' real nameshe cut the call..phoned once more and again after a little info they cut the call...then I got a call back which the nando's employee also cut...I phoned once more to get the spelling of miche name,but apparently I've not yet spoken to him because I was given his cell number to call he tried helping but after such poor service would you enjoy a meal??miche has called me as I'm writing this back to apologise and really try to help me but I'm really just too upset to forgive those first 2 ladies,prechared and the other lady who posed as miche....after terrible service and calling them out on it,will you ever it there again?I know I won't...nando's with saliva not as good...but thnx miche for trying
