Shocking Service
Here is my experience on Thursday evening 22 September at the Nando's at North Riding.
During loadshedding:
1. Only 1 cashier on duty . 2. At least 2 tills not being operated. 2. Queued for 20 minutes to place an order. 3. Waited 25 minutes to receive my order. 4. Was told we were not allowed to eat in. 5. An item ordered was not prepared. 6. Part of my order given to another customer. 7. During our wait a customer started shouting at the cashier due to what I can only imagine was frustration at the incompetence experienced.
The manager on duty did not appear to have the skills to deal with the situation.
I suggest that the owner of the store pay them a visit to see what is going on.
Received totally unacceptable service.
