Shocking Service
We arrived from Durban today and wanted a quick dinner so my husband went off to Nandos at Benmore Gardens. When he arrived with the order both my 7 year old and I were very unhappy with the food. The hotpot had burned chicken, hard rice , soggy cabbage and had absolutely no taste. The strips and rice was dry and awful. I called the store and was greeted by Patricia who asked me to hold on. After 4 min of being on hold the manager did not take the call nor did I receive a call back from the manager<br> I asked Patricia to send me a new meal which now will take 20 to 30 min. Huge inconvenience. So i am assured that the poor food Is indicative of the lack of service. I will never ever purchase from this store again. Nandos Isipingo hills Durban has such high standards, great staff, delicious food and brilliant customer service it's really hard to believe that the Benmore store would deliver such poor quality ... Terrible service awful food!!!
