Shocking service

On 18/09/2017 we phoned Nando's in Bloemfontein (Nelson Mandela drive) @ 20:29 to place an order for collection. When we arraived at 20:43 the cashier ( Fikile M) had still not even placed our order. This after she was sighing the whole yume I was placing our order and not very friendly.So we waited and letf well past 21:00. We ordered 2 chicken strips and rice. The rice was dry, hard, and some even burned! We love Nando's and was really shocked at both this bad service and terrible quality of food! This is not what Nando's usually serves.
