Shocking ****** service

<p>I am appalled at your level of service at Nandos Grand West Casino. The welcome was ok, the ordering of food was quick, but after that everything fell to pieces. It too 31min for me to get up from the seated area to go find my good. I was treated with contempt and my good was thrust at me. I then had to go find cutlery. I was ignored by the manager, who looked me up and down and just carried on talking with the staff. Eventually it was thrust at me so I could just get out the way. No apology or anything. I wasn't rude, I didn't swear although I wanted to do both! Your staff is ****** and really don't give a shi t.
