Shocking product quality, absolutely no customer service.

1st branch Called the branch before I went there. Got there, closed, Christmas party. What is the point of calling? 2nd branch (same late afternoon) Product quality - ordered lemon and herb (x2 orders), made a point of insisting that it may not be hot. Burnt like hell. Meal ruined. Lodged a complaint with Nando's. That was Monday, it is now Friday, and I am still waiting for a resolution. Rather buy KFC in future, they have far better service and respond to complaints.
