Shocking Manager response to complaint!!

This evening after working late, my husband ordered the following from the drive through:<br> A mild chicken burger<br> Peri - Peri wedges<br> A lemon and herb mielie<br> When he got home he opened the bag and took the wedges out first only to find that they weren't peri peri but dead plain, without any seasoning. He was hungry and ate it. Next he opened the burger which was ice cold. Dissapointed, he warmed the burger in the microwave and started eating it. I immediately called the branch and asked for the manager. She apologized but said it was the first time she EVER heard of such a thing. I told her that we were very dissapointed as regular customers and that it would be appreciated if she would replace the burger with a warm one some other time. She told me that she was confused because how must she replace the burger if it had been eaten and why don't I bring it all back to her to show her that it is cold - clearly questioning our honesty. This was past 11pm and we really didn't feel like going out again. She questioned us saying that her 'regular customers' are not that cheap and would not try to get a free meal. Keep your 'free meal' - you have lost a customer due to poor customer service!
