SHOCKING EXPIRIENCE
I called nados to order their 2 meals that are on special for 29.99 each , the guy by the name of Kgotso said we should go to the store as they dont take orders over the phone, but before we went to the store we confirmed if its still available and he said yes. i went to the store only to find that the special is sold out for the day , i asked the manager Herman why Kgotso said its available mind you Nandos is only 3min away from my work , herman said Kgotso is not from the branch he is @ the call centre , he then calls Kgotso who requested to speak to me , i told him what he said and he first denied it, then he turns and says he didnt know that it was finished , he then hands a phone to someone else who didnt give me his name and they were gigling in the background making me a fool , the guy just said sorry that Kgotso didnt tell me that the special is finisned for the day , i felt like a fool , to think i waisted 45min of my time waiting at Nandos only to be treated like a fool .i am very dissapointed at the service i recieved today, coz it felt as if im not a paying customer.
