Shocking

Hi,<br> <br> Over the past 5 years I've been a regular customer of nandos at numerous branches in and around Durban. I've eaten at a nandos nearly every week for the past 5 years, and never have I experienced such shocking service as I have at the Pinetown branch! Anything from serving a leg portion instead of a breast portion, to more serious things such as leaving out while meals and or food and drink items almost every time I've ordered a take away! Due to load shedding I decided to grab a take away from this same nandos and yet again had another incident! This time it involved 3 still frozen and uncooked mielies from the vitality meal, I immediately phoned the store and was told after a 8min phone call that he would send a driver to drop off 3 more mielies and take back the uncooked ones! 57min later I phoned back as the driver had not arrived and was assured he would be there soon! 1 hour 46min later he had still not arrived and by now it being 21:16 I had given up and gone to bed!
