Shameful an pathetic service

<p>On the 30th Dec 2016 we went to Nandos brackenhurst branch located directly opposite my home.we have been going to that branch for the last 10 years.my 4 year old son eat anything from Nandos except chips and whenever we went out to Nandos as a family we always took him some chicken pops from KFC and order his drink an chips from Nandos and the rest of family orders off Nandos menu.we have done this countless times at different branches but today Sibusio the manager who acknowledges that we are frequent customers refused to let my son eat his pops and asked us to leave the restaurant.WE drove back from Durban on the 23rddec an stopped at your bergville branch..my son had a toasted cheese from whimpy ..we had no problems we often eat at your mulbarton branch an we have no problem with them ..we left brackenhurst an drove to mulbarton an we had our meal from Nandos and my son had his pops ...no issue.the rules got thrown in my face today but why were we allowed all the other times an why do other branches allow it.my old son doesnt eat fish and we often eat at ocean basket an we always take home a pizza or KFC.. I am truly disgusted with Nandos asking a family to leave because they suddenly realise they have rules.every family restaurant is tolerant to these kind of things.WHat mskesnandis different that they feel they have the right to force something that my 4 year old son has an allergy to down his throat . Nandos do I have different strokes for different folks .WHat happened to freedom of choice.WHen high end restaurants can be flexible then why not Nandos . .Nandos has a very hypoctical approach .im deeply disappointed in a place that I supported for 10 years ,Where a manager acknowledges that he knows you have been supporting him for 10 years an he has been allowing it .Suddenly rules apply . </p> <p> very very disappointed with the hypocritical approach . </p>
