Service, taste and old equipment

I don't know where to start Nando's Boskrin should renew their equipment I was forced to keep swiping my card more than four times and I was told that the amount will bounce back within a couple of minutes which never happened and to top it all off the chicken was half done I'm still passed cause I was craving Nando's and the taste has changed the food didn't have salt imagine . The fact that I have to drive back there to recieve my money back puts me into a different type of rage Nando's should close their doors if they can't keep up with their standards!!!
