Service sucks
<p>I placed an order at Nandos Suncardia, Arcadia, Pretoria just before 12pm</p> <p>The guy promised that my order would be delivred by 12:30. </p> <p>At about 12:45 I called the store again they said the delivery guy hadleft the store. At 1pm I called again up to no avail. </p> <p>About 13h30 l requested the deluvery guys cellphone number of which they said only the manager has the delivery guys number. I called the manage and he promised to get back to me immediatelty. He never did. BEAR in mind that we at the office had viaitors from outside the country and we promised to serve them lunch at 1pm. I again called at 14h00 they said the same story that the guy is on the way.</p> <p>I gave up at 15h00 had to drive and get the promised lunch from another Nandos.</p> <p>Its 18h30 now I have not received any feedback from SunCardia. I am so dissapointed. Empty Promises.</p>
