Service Recovery
I bought chicken from Nandos requesting for the skin to be removed and cut up into pieces. When I got home I realised that only a small piece of skin was removed and could not eat it as it was too fatty/oily. I called the manager, he apologised but unfortunately could not deliver the correct order due to the fact that we were out of their area. I returned the following day and he happily replaced the chicken with a compliment salad. I would not think twice about recommending Nando's Key West for their superb service, especially the Manager (and forgive me if I have his name wrong). Awesome Awesome Service!
