SERVICE -BAD

I am writing on the bad service I received last night at Nandos Cavendish last night, I placed my order06.02pm I asked the cashier how long the order will be as I rushed to PNP she said 10min. I got back to collect my order 6.15pm and my order wasn't even on the system. I do not know whose order I received. I missed my bus only got home 8pm
